Summary: My team and I were tasked with developing a comprehensive communications platform and media strategy to support the launch of Summer Moon’s new location in North Carolina. The project included a SWOT analysis, consumer insights, target personas, a strategic media plan, campaign objectives, key performance measurements, and a detailed budget.

Strategy: “A Yearlong Summer Mood with Summer Moon,” focused on integrating Summer Moon into the local community and building brand trust by positioning the café as a welcoming, year-round destination for coffee lovers. Through hyper-local activations, a grand opening event, and community-driven storytelling, the campaign aimed to create emotional connections with customers while driving awareness, foot traffic, and long-term loyalty.
